Environmental Preservation

Protecting our planet starts at the grassroots level. Our Grassroots Project on Environment and Climate Change empowers young people and communities to become champions of environmental preservation, green innovators, and stewards of sustainability. Through environmental education, practical community action, and climate justice advocacy, we equip youth to tackle climate change from their neighborhoods.

How we do it

We work directly with schools, community teams, and local leaders to build an inclusive and action-driven climate movement.

Our activities include:

  • Environmental Education Workshops: Teaching youth about climate change, ecosystems, and sustainable living.
  • School and Community Tree Planting: Greening urban spaces, preventing erosion, and restoring biodiversity.
  • Clean-Up Drives and Waste Management: Organizing community clean-ups, plastic collection drives, and recycling initiatives.
  • Green Livelihoods for Youth: Training in eco-friendly skills like upcycling, urban farming, and climate-smart agriculture.
  • Youth Climate Advocacy: Building leadership and communication skills to amplify youth voices in environmental decision-making.
