This innovative space will feature:

A multipurpose sports facility for football, basketball, padel, and indoor games
A skate park and gaming park to engage youth through recreation and digital play
A digital learning centre with access to ICT, life skills, and vocational training
A fully equipped gym and wellness space to promote health and well-being
A conference, meeting, and co-working space
An events and creative space for the arts, performances, and youth-led initiatives
Designed as a social enterprise, the Centre will generate its revenue to ensure long-term sustainability while creating jobs and opportunities for the surrounding community.

What makes this project truly unique is its integration of green infrastructure and environmental sustainability, including:

A rainwater harvesting and purification system that produces up to 1 million litres of clean drinking water enough to serve a local school and over 100 families.
Water storage tanks and a small-scale recycling unit to manage waste and promote a circular economy.
The use of recycled materials, such as refurbished containers and plastics, to reduce environmental impact.
