Social enterprise
Our social enterprise was birthed due to funding constraints which has been worsened by unpreceded challenges brought about by Covid -19 pandemic. Our goal is to achieve greater financial and strategic independence as an organization as we achieve social impact by developing youth employability skills and creating employment opportunities as well, since the majority of our youth beneficiaries are unemployed and lack the necessary employability skills.
The enterprise has two elements, the first one is on shipping container conversions where youth acquire different skills on wielding, masonry and civil works, interior design, electrical engineering, wood work, sales and marketing. They are also able to produce fabricated shipping container shops, offices, low cost houses, storage facilities, Cottages/hotels/restaurants, bathrooms and toilets, gates, advertising boards, swimming pools etc. Additionally, we lease property and put up small container shops where the youth are able to start small enterprises.
